RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operate roll off trucks to pick up and deliver containers to various job sites. * Ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of roll off containers. * Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. * Maintain accurate logs and records as required by company and DOT regulations. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members. * Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience. * Garbage or waste management experience preferred but not required. * Valid CDL license with a clean driving record. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to safety and detail. * Good communication and customer service skills.
