The Hersey Bins team are experts in waste removal services for various projects such as large and small construction projects, commercial construction waste removal and so much more. We offer dumpster rentals for construction projects, commercial customers and homeowners.
Our team is currently seeking a licensed DZ Truck Drivers to join our dynamic team of customer focused drivers. Hersey drivers are the customer facing members of our team and so are key to maintaining and developing successful relationships with our customers. You will safely and efficiently deliver roll of bins to construction sites and homeowners throughout the Greater Tri-city Area.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
· Professional customer service skills and communication
· Min 3 years experience commercial driving
· Appropriate class license for DZ driving and clean driver’s abstract is mandatory
· Thorough knowledge of safe driving procedures and traffic laws
· Strong work ethic, taking pride in what you do
· You are a team player
· Ability to operate tablet/iPad
· Understanding of technology updates an ability to learn new systems
· Flexible scheduling and ability to work overtime
· Roll-Off Truck driving experience an asset
· Provide excellent customer service in fast paced environment
· Perform circle checks, pre trip and post trip daily inspections
· Ensure loads are loaded & secured safely ensuring MTO compliance
· Effectively communicate with dispatch any updates or changes
· Report any issues to manager
· Prepare truck for next day deliveries
· Adhere to all company safety, policies & procedures
· Adhere to traffic laws
· Participate in on going safety programs and training
