Description SUMMARY Assists with setup and operations of assigned production table. Follow instructions of Lead Operator and perform the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned to attain production. Must fold, package, and load material to specifications described on each item. Conforms to the proper reading and understanding of WTB production schedule and packaging. Performs visual inspection of fiber and finished rolls. Removing all processed waste to its designated area. Deliver scrap bags to Line 8 for reprocessing. Ensure knowledge of packaging materials and stock areas for each material. Complies with all safety rules and requirements and refers any unresolved safety issues to the Shift Manager. Ensure great housekeeping and organizational skills of production line. Ensure great communication between team members. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS to perform this job successfully. An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Strongly prefer 2 years in packing manufacturing environment. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, write, and interpret documents. Able to take direction, read and understand production requirements, inventory, scanning, label ID, etc., Strong attention to detail required. Read and interpret tape measure. Strong attention to detail. COMPUTER SKILLS Operations of various production software programs to perform equipment setup and make data entries. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Able to work with limited supervision. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit. Requires to move material from Line 8 and from downstairs dock to cutter station. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Responsibilities

The Roller/Folder assists with the setup and operation of production tables, including folding, packaging, and inspecting finished rolls. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean workspace, managing production waste, and ensuring accurate communication with the team.
