KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

In this role, you will:

• Map Yarra Trams data to Transmodel standards
• Analyse large, multi-source datasets to uncover insights
• Develop and apply data quality metrics and standards
• Build models, dashboards, and reports for OCMS stakeholders
• Design and run A/B tests to evaluate strategies
• Translate data into clear recommendations for all audiences
• Share best practices across Yarra Trams data teams
• Support project planning and delivery with OCMS and vendors

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in IT or data analysis roles
• Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and Power BI
• Experience with XML and business process analysis
• Ability to spot trends and patterns in complex data
• Knowledge of data modelling and database design
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A collaborative mindset and cross-functional teamwork experience
