JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and review technical specifications and engineering designs and component evaluations to meet operational, safety and compliance standards.
• Provide engineering oversight during manufacture, testing and commissioning of rollingstock assets.
• Manage technical documentation, supplier deliverables and configurations data to ensure projects meet scope, budget and schedule.
• Monitor fleet performance, investigation failures and work with maintenance teams to drive reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers and contractors to deliver continuous improvements in safety, productivity and assets performance.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Proven project management and coordination capability in engineering or maintenance projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communications skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office suite (advanced)
• Organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities
