Description
Ensure proper handling of technical problems in related TX tasks with transmission planning team to the Rollout & Expansions TX changes area. Assist in technical training plans of the team according to the recent technological tends in the transmission access area Execute Rollout & Expansions TX changes & cutovers with best quality and minimal impact on internal/external customers Ensure best customer experience during Rollout & Expansions TX changes activities Ensure the workflow with other teams to meet VFE network KPIs Ensure proper integration of transmission links. Responsible for initiating actions to enhance change management in the Rollout & Expansions TX changes area. Ensure highest internal customer satisfaction by owning and creating proper communication channels. Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunication field. Recommended at least 2 years in the transmission operation field. Excellent knowledge of transmission concepts and configuration (PDH-SDH-Ethernet-IP-Routing-MPLS). BSC of Engineering in Communications or Electronics Excellent command of the English language Excellent communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent presentation skills Ability to work under pressure CCNA certification is preferred
