This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional customer support in the travel and hospitality sector. As a representative, you will assist customers in Romanian, ensuring they have a seamless experience while booking their accommodations and managing their travel plans. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and accommodations via phone, email, and chat in Romanian. Provide information on property details, availability, and travel-related services. Assist customers with resolving issues related to their bookings and provide timely solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage follow-ups as needed. Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery. Stay updated on promotions, offers, and changes in the travel industry to provide accurate assistance. Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer care and satisfaction. Ability to solve problems effectively and handle customer inquiries with professionalism. Proficient in using computer systems, online booking tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
