Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for Romanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Information Technology (IT) industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy helping customers resolve their IT-related inquiries. You will provide essential support while assisting clients in navigating complex IT solutions, all in Romanian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to IT products and services, including troubleshooting, software issues, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Romanian. Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and resolution of technical issues. Provide information on product features, updates, and service offerings. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly. Stay informed about technology trends and updates to provide accurate advice to customers. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions. Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the IT industry. Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions clearly to customers. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries. Proficient in using customer service software and CRM tools.
