This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service and are eager to assist customers with their shopping experiences. As a member of our team, you will help customers in Romanian, offering guidance on products and resolving any inquiries or issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to retail products, services, and policies via phone, email, and live chat in Romanian. Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and returns or exchanges. Provide information on promotions, sales, and store policies to enhance customer experience. Handle complaints and issues with empathy, aiming for positive resolutions. Document customer interactions accurately to ensure effective follow-up. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share customer feedback. Stay updated on product knowledge and retail trends to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail sector, is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach. Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with grace. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and customer service software is a plus.
