We are hiring Roof & Floor Truss Builders to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will help build engineered wooden trusses used in residential and commercial construction. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals with experience in construction, framing, carpentry, warehouse work, or manufacturing. No truss experience? We provide on-the-job training. Why Join Our Team ✔ Full-time Monday–Friday schedule ✔ Stable work in the construction manufacturing industry ✔ Opportunities for cross-training and advancement ✔ Production bonus opportunities ✔ Health benefits available ✔ Family-owned company with over 100 employees Work Schedule Monday – Friday 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Shift differential available) What You’ll Do • Assemble roof and floor trusses using pre-cut lumber • Position and secure lumber components and metal plates • Use hand tools such as hammer and tape measure • Operate production equipment as trained • Inspect completed trusses for quality and accuracy • Stage finished trusses for shipping • Maintain a safe and clean work environment What We’re Looking For Preferred experience: • Construction • Carpentry or framing • Manufacturing or production work • Lumber or building materials Required: • Strong work ethic and reliability • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to follow safety procedures Physical Requirements • Lift up to 50 pounds regularly • Stand and move throughout shift • Bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks • Work in a manufacturing environment Requirements • Reliable transportation • Valid identification • Ability to pass drug screen and hearing test • Must follow all safety policies and PPE requirements Tools Required Employees must provide: • Steel toe or hard sole work boots • 22–24 oz hammer • Hammer holder • 25’–30’ tape measure Safety equipment including glasses, ear protection, and reflective gear is provided at no cost.
