JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Roof Maintenance Engineer to join our field-based team operating throughout the UK. Working in two-person teams (including a designated Team Leader), you will serve as the eyes and ears of TGM’s management on-site, with full support from both our Health & Safety Manager and Operations Manager.
This role involves regular travel and working away from home Monday to Friday, with an average of 2–3 overnight stays per week (all hotel expenses covered by the company).
Weekend work is required on a rotational basis, approximately once per month.
This is a hands-on role requiring experience in roofing, maintenance, and working at height. Full training will be provided as part of our comprehensive onboarding process.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in roofing and working at height.
• A valid Category C1 driving licence is highly desirable.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working at height

• Travel to client sites across the UK to carry out roof repairs, gutter cleaning, and general maintenance.
• Respond promptly to reactive callouts from clients.
• Adhere strictly to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Attend relevant training courses to support your role.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, including care of uniform and company vehicle.
• Perform additional duties as directed by TGM management.
