Letterkenny Facility (Travel to sites as required) Employment Type Full-time, Permanent Role Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Roof Membrane Installer to join our manufacturing and installation team in Letterkenny. The role will focus on the installation of roof membrane systems on data centre modular units, both within our facility and on-site when project requirements dictate. This is a hands-on role requiring a high level of workmanship, attention to detail, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards due to the critical nature of data centre environments. Key Responsibilities * Installation of roof membrane systems including hot-air welded, mechanically fixed, and fully bonded systems. * Roofing works on data centre modular units, ensuring weather-tight and long-life finishes. * Surface preparation including insulation boards, vapour barriers, edge details, and penetrations. * Installation of trims, upstands, outlets, and detailing around services and interfaces. * Reading and working from drawings, specifications, and product data sheets. * Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications. * Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety at all times. * Working collaboratively with production, QA, and site teams to meet deadlines. * Travelling to customer or installation sites when required. Candidate Requirements * Proven experience installing roofing membrane systems. * Strong background in flat roofing, ideally within industrial or modular environments. * Excellent knowledge of roofing details, welding techniques, and system build-ups. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Quality-focused with strong attention to detail. * Willingness to travel as required for site installations. * Physically fit and comfortable working at heights (where applicable). Desirable Qualifications & Certifications * Installer certification. * Safe Pass / Manual Handling. * MEWP or Working at Heights certification. * Experience in data centres or mission‑critical projects.
