Description

Description Performs general repairs for roofing projects when necessary. Role and Responsibilities: Assess dry rot or other damage on client's roofs. Perform minor roof installs. Identify and report storm related damage to manager. Communicate effectively and directly with manager and customers. Provide detailed reports and attach photographs via the FileMaker Go application. On occasion, being available to work overtime and be “on-call” status during weekends. Complete daily inventory of materials and tools needed prior to beginning assigned route. Maintain professionalism, always. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to read blueprints, building plans, and repair manuals. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Ability to follow instructions. Prior experience in the installation of shingles roofing systems and flashing. Licensed driver in the United States. Ability to operate a vehicle safely while following GPS instructions. Excellent time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Capable of utilizing a smart phone, and the application FileMaker Go.

Responsibilities

Perform general roof repairs, assess damage such as dry rot or storm impact, and conduct minor installations. Maintain detailed reports with photographs via the FileMaker Go app and manage daily tool inventory.
