Empire Roofing Corporation is looking for an experienced Foreman for our Service department in Roofing in GTA, ON, to join our team! We are a busy construction/roofing company serving the industrial and commercial sectors. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years of experience as a Foreman in Commercial Flat Roofing
  • Experience with TPO roofing applications
  • Ability to be a dependable team player
  • Have a valid Driver’s license and a reliable method of transportation
  • Skilled in the use of hot air heat welders, robot welders, tear-off equipment, hydraulic hoists, and other roofing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and detect leaks
  • Weight handling up to 45 kg (100 lbs.)
  • Knowledge of the health and safety regulations
  • Access to tools/equipment and safety gear!
  • Must be flexible with working hours and able to travel out of town as needed

  • Supervise service crews performing roof repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
  • Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Inspect job sites to assess damage, determine repair needs, and verify work quality.
  • Communicate with clients to explain issues, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings.
  • Order and manage materials and tools needed for service jobs.
  • Train and mentor crew members, especially on repair techniques and safety protocols.
  • Document service work, including reports, photos, and repair logs.
  • Collaborate with project managers or estimators to provide input on scopes of work and timelines.
