We’re looking for a dynamic Roof Truss & Posi-Joist Designer with great attention to detail to join our expanding team. You’ll be integral to our design and estimating function - translating architectural drawings into precision-engineered solutions that are both buildable and commercially viable.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around Roof Truss and Posi-Joist design, with practical experience and a good grasp of design software like MiTek or Wolf. If you’ve got an eye for detail, love solving problems, and can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat, you’ll fit right in. Great communication and teamwork are key here - we’re all about working together to get things done. • Produce accurate roof truss and posi-joist designs using specialist MiTek software.
• Interpret and analyse architectural and structural drawings
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to optimise designs for production
• Prepare clear and professional layout drawings, structural calculations, and supporting documentation
• Engage with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and manage changes efficiently
• Maintain high standards of design quality, compliance, and buildability
