MULTISKILLED ROOFER – PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TEAM

Location: Field based – Across North Wales
Hours: 40 hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm
Contract Type: Permanent

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• A clean, full UK driving licence
• City & Guilds or NVQ in Roofing, or equivalent time‑served experience
• Commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Multiskilled Roofer at ClwydAlyn, your main responsibility is to deliver top-quality roofing maintenance, repairs, and installations across our housing stock in North Wales. You’ll be a vital member of the Responsive & Voids Team—upholding the values of Trust, Hope, and Kindness—and helping to maintain safe, secure homes. You’ll also support and mentor fellow operatives in these values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform roofing installations, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard
• Respond to routine and urgent roofing needs, including void properties
• Maintain strict health, safety, and quality standards
• Mentor and assist colleagues to sustain ClwydAlyn’s values
