SKILLS

• Experience in roofing necessary
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and safety practices
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

• Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing and siding systems
• Safely use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
• Perform caulking, flashing, sealing, and waterproofing as needed
• Tear off old materials and prep surfaces for new installs
• Follow project plans and site instructions from supervisors
• Lift and carry materials; work on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Work well in a team to meet project deadlines
