We are look to employ an operative to work with and assist our roofing craftsmen. The individual we are seeking must have a full UK driving licence and must be capable of driving a van. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong work ethic and be comfortable working at heights. Experience working within the roofing/construction industry will be a significant advantage.
Day to day duties may vary from working on roofs, delivering materials to tidying our yard. The role will consist of a 40 hour working week (Monday to Friday) with pay depending on experience and capability. Weekend overtime available at company discretion. Role is ’on the books’ with 29 days holiday paid, including bank holidays. The working day will start and end at our Nantwich depot.
This role is a permanent full time job. The right candidate will have opportunity to progress their skills and develop within the company.
Emerton Roofing is renowned nationwide for its excellence within the roofing industry, most notably for its restoration of heritage buildings. Within the company, we have specialist teams carrying out different elements of the industry, varying from scaffolding to slating, tiling, flat roofing, leadwork, brickwork, joinery and more.
