The Role As a Roofers Mate, you’ll work alongside experienced roofers on reactive and planned maintenance works across commercial, retail, and industrial sites. This is a hands-on role with genuine development opportunities ideal if you’re looking to build a long-term career in roofing and working at height. You’ll be supporting roofing works, learning on the job, and helping to deliver safe, high-quality repairs every day.
