THE GOAL We are looking for a dominant sales personality to take over the Austin market. At Flagstone Roofing & Exteriors, we don't want "order takers"—we want a Trailblazer. This role is for the professional who wants to be the #1 rep in the city and isn't afraid to outwork the competition to get there. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Market Domination: Finding and winning over homeowners in your assigned territory. On-Site Inspections: Climbing ladders and walking roofs to find storm damage. Closing Deals: Helping homeowners through the insurance process and signing contracts. Self-Management: Managing your own schedule and pipeline with total urgency. CANDIDATE PROFILE You are highly competitive and motivated by performance-based pay. You have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. You are physically able to climb ladders and perform roof inspections. You move fast and take 100% ownership of your results. THE PAYOFF $10,000–$25,000+ per month (Uncapped commission + bonuses).
