This role supports the Superintendent and Project Management team by coordinating crews, monitoring work progress, maintaining documentation, and helping drive successful project execution. Job Responsibilities: SAFETY * Lead by conducting daily safety meetings and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) * Ensure all crews follow OSHA, company, and site-specific safety requirements * Monitor fall protection, PPE usage, warning lines, CAZ setups, and ladder safety * Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors * Enter daily safety documentation into FCS * Always promote a strong safety culture onsite   FIELD OPERATIONS / PRODUCTION * Assist in managing daily roofing operations and crew activities * Coordinate manpower, material staging, and equipment usage * Monitor production goals and communicate progress to PM or Ops Team * **Ensure work is installed by plans, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and quality standards * Assist with coordinating crane picks, deliveries, and subcontractors * Identify and communicate field issues, delays, or unforeseen conditions promptly * Help maintain project schedules and workflow efficiency   QUALITY CONTROL * Perform daily roof inspections and quality control walks * Verify substrate conditions, insulation layouts, membrane installation, seams, flashings, and details * Assist with manufacturer inspections and third-party inspections * Document deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are completed * Maintain photo documentation of project progress and quality items   CLIENT / PROJECT COORDINATION * Maintain professional communication with clients, general contractors, inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors * Assist with coordinating shutdowns, access requirements, and occupied facility operations * Communicate schedule impacts, weather delays, and project updates as directed * Always representing the company professionally onsite   ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist with tracking manpower, equipment, and material usage * Verify employee timecards and labor hours * Enter daily OPM logs and maintain daily reporting requirements * Upload and organize project photos and documentation * Document T&M work, extra work, and potentially changing conditions * Assist with inspection requests and project closeout documentation    DAILY EXPECTATIONS * Arrive onsite prepared and on time * Maintain a clean, organized, professional job site * Communicate effectively with crews and management * Assist in keeping projects on schedule and within budget * Maintain a positive attitude and team-first mentality * Being willing to learn and grow within the organization   REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS * Basic knowledge of commercial roofing systems and construction practices * Ability to read plans and specifications preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing conditions * Proficient with smartphones/tablets and daily reporting software * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred * Ability to safely access rooftops, ladders, and active construction areas   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions * Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed * Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and access rooftops for extended periods * Ability to work near roof edges and elevated work areas while maintaining proper fall protection   REPORTING STRUCTURE Reports To: Project Manager / Operations Management Works Closely With: * Project Managers * Roofing Foremen & Crews * Safety Team * Vendors & Suppliers * General Contractors & Owners Job Requirements: Success in this role is measured by: * Safe project execution * Quality workmanship * Production efficiency * Communication and documentation * Teamwork and leadership growth * Customer satisfaction * Reliability and professionalism   Salary: The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually. Pay is to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and location where the job is performed.
