This is a field-based position (not remote). You’ll meet with homeowners, property managers, and commercial building owners, inspect roofs, and guide them through their repair or replacement options.

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000–$250,000 per year

Key Qualifications

• Comfortable meeting face-to-face with homeowners and building owners
• Able to climb ladders and walk on pitched and flat roofs as needed
• Valid driver’s license
• Organized, self-motivated, and schedule-driven
• Basic tech skills (tablet/smartphone for photos & reports)
• Sales experience a plus but not required
• Willingness to self-generate leads in addition to company-provided leads

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform residential & commercial roof inspections
• Take photos and document roof conditions for reporting
• Educate homeowners and property managers on repair or replacement options
• Present estimates and secure contracts for roofing projects
• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and company-provided opportunities
• Maintain professional, timely communication with clients and office staff
