As a Senior Estimator, you’ll lead on pricing and quoting for roofing and maintenance works, supporting our contract delivery teams while driving commercial success. You will:

• Estimate a variety of project types and scales across the sector
• Deliver quotations within SLA timeframes with clear cost breakdowns
• Maintain transparent documentation for contract management teams
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to build strong relationships
• Conduct site surveys for high-profile opportunities
• Collaborate with surveyors and engineers to ensure accurate data capture
• Work with Operations Management to set and track conversion targets
• Identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities
• Introduce and develop new supply chain partnerships
• Contribute to continuous improvement across estimating processes
