Role Summary The Roofing Foreman will lead field crews on commercial flat roofing projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality installations. This role is hands-on and requires strong leadership, technical expertise in single-ply systems, and the ability to manage crews and jobsite execution. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise roofing crews on active job sites Install and oversee installation of TPO, EPDM, PVC, and SBS systems Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily jobsite needs Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to spec Communicate with superintendents and project managers Train and mentor crew members Conduct quality checks and ensure manufacturer compliance Manage jobsite documentation and reporting via iPad Maintain jobsite safety standards Troubleshoot installation challenges in real time Success Metrics Projects completed on time and within scope Crew productivity and retention Quality and warranty compliance Safety record (zero incidents) Minimal rework Why Join Established company with 50+ years of success Large, complex projects (no small residential jobs) Company vehicle + full tech package Requirements Required Qualifications Commercial roofing experience (flat roofing required) Experience installing single-ply systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC) Leadership experience or readiness to lead crews Valid driver’s license Ability to read plans/specs (preferred but not required) Strong work ethic and reliability Preferred Qualifications 3–5 years as a foreman or crew lead Bilingual (English/Spanish) Sheet metal experience Experience on large commercial/industrial projects
