We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Crew Leader / Construction Supervisor to lead our client roofing construction projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing construction and hands-on experience installing roofing systems. As a Roofing Crew Leader / Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the job site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to specifications.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience (Minimum of 5 years) as a Roofing Crew Leader / Foreman / Supervisor or similar role in the roofing construction industry.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by project demands.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures within the roofing construction environment.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving project goals.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of roofing construction workers and subcontractors.
• Manage the workflow of construction tasks, including heavy lifting and material handling.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure safety standards are met.
• Provide guidance in the use of hand tools and equipment necessary for roofing construction tasks.
• Maintain communication with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress and any issues that arise.
• Train and mentor team members in best practices for roofing techniques.
