We are a family-owned roofing contractor serving the greater Charlotte area, fully licensed and insured in NC and SC. We handle residential and commercial work with a focus on quality, safety, and customer care.
As our business continues to grow, we’re looking to hire a Production Coordinator to join our team. This person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing production operations. This includes coordinating project management, resource allocation, and ensuring that projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and safety regulations.

• Track schedules, budgets, and milestones and keep the team updated
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subs, and internal teams
• Assist with takeoffs, data entry, and proposal prep
• Maintain contracts, work orders, change orders, and job files
• Help schedule field crews and align labor, materials, and equipment
• Monitor material orders, follow up with suppliers, and support fleet logistics
• Support invoice tracking, job costing, and progress billing
• Join weekly production meetings and flag issues early
