Willis Roofing is seeking a dedicated and driven Project Manager to oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish. QUALIFICATIONS

  • With 4+ years of experience in construction or roofing project management.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct crews effectively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage task and complete provided checklist
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with strong client-facing skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
  • Check with repair crews to assure they are on time and efficient.
  • Handle client communication.
  • Sell pre-qualified lead overflow projects that the company provides.
  • Educate homeowners on roofing systems, warranties and grants.
  • Build rapport and trust with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Potentially start insurance jobs for our adjuster.
  • Work with admin to assure CRM and sales pipeline stays up-to-date daily and scheduling is on point.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador.
  • Attend frequent trainings.
