We are currently hiring in the Denver Metro and Surrounding Area for a Sales Director who is passionate about helping people grow in the Roofing Sales industry and can help take it to the next level.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Documented success in building teams and achieving desired outcomes
  • 5 years of roofing industry experience
  • 3+ years of managing experience
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • College Degree (Concentration in Construction Workeragement a plus)
  • Understanding of current technology

MUST BE AN OUTGOING AND POSITIVE ROLE MODEL FOR THE TEAM AND A TRUE LEADER TO TRAIN THE SALES REPS FOR SUCCESS HELPING OUR CLIENTS THROUGHOUT THEIR CLAIM PROCESS BEING OUR FOCUS.

Ideal Sales Director will oversee all aspects of the sales cycle from start to finish with his/her sales force. The Sales Director will be out in the field with their sales TEAM to help guide them in the right areas and help with closing any deals. The Sales Director will be responsible for hiring and training all sales reps under him/her.
