If you aren’t afraid of heights and are a quick learner then this might be the job for you. This position is part time and you will work during evenings and weekends. We will assign about 3 to 4 appointments a week to start. These are exclusive leads.
We are looking for an experienced Roofing Repair, Service sales person but we will train the right person. This person is responsible for maintaining existing client base, developing new customers, and searching for potential prospects in their designated geographic area. RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and implement new residential and commercial business; * Manage insurance paperwork with homeowner/property owners; * Provide work estimates to property owners and/or insurance agents; * Assist homeowners with material selection and insurance claim paperwork; * Manage your project from sign-up to closing the final invoice; and * Develop professional relationships to build a business referral system. COMPENSATION * Average sales rep can make $60,000 – $100,000 + per year; * Training and support is provided, including marketing materials; and * Career advancement and leadership opportunities available. QUALIFICATIONS * Effective oral, written and presentation skills required; * 2+ years of sales preferred but will train the right person; * Hunter Mentality with Professional Appearance and Attitude; * Proficient computer skills; and * Must also possess EXCELLENT organizational and time management skills’
