Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct roofing inspections and provide detailed estimates to clients.
  • Present and sell roofing services and solutions to potential customers.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity and marketing efforts.
  • Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management.
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts and reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
