REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Strong communication skills in English;
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites;
• Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs and work at heights;
• High School diploma or equivalent;
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions;
• Physically able to perform duties on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs;
• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and organized;
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt on site.

• Installation of skylights in commercial, industrial, and residential settings;
• On-site measurement, layout, and preparation for skylight installations;
• Safe handling and transport of skylights, tools, and equipment;
• Removal of existing units and retrofitting new skylight systems;
• Coordination with site supervisors and contractors to ensure project completion;
• Use of hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment properly and responsibly;
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on job sites;
• Identify and report material shortages, damages, or site issues;
• Being Comfortable working on roofs;
• Knowledge of working with metal flashing.
