Responsibilities
  • Manage the intake process for siding and roofing contracts including materiallabor take-offs, budget creation, scheduling, verification process, pre-con meetings, etc.
  • Approve the invoices from our installation partners
  • Ensure financial goals are met by driving production on time
  • Focus: On time, on budget, and excellent craftsmanship
  • Coach, mentor, and develop all direct reports to ensure operational efficiency, service, quality, and cost-effective management of resources
  • All jobs to be installed with the utmost attention to detail and quality - Customer satisfaction to remain at 90% minimum with a goal of 95%.
  • Ensure all scheduling of installation projects is done dailycommunicated to necessary parties
  • Ensure all subordinates are properly and continuously trained on safety and installation
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer any installation questions from our customers
  • Complete all required paperwork as requested within timeframes provided
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual production reports
  • Communicate company policies and procedures concerning installation and service
  • Stay current with applicable local, state, federal safety, and OSHA program
