Roofing Site Manager – (single ply & liquid plastics)
£42-£50k depending on experience +OT
London and Home counties area to be covered

We are seeking and experienced Site Manager to join our roofing project team, with good knowledge of large format (4000sqm +) single ply roofing systems and liquid applied waterproofing systems essential.
General day to day running of a busy site including contractors and directly employed staff. Any previous knowledge of retail sector would be an advantage, including fit out and development works. Good communication skills towards client and contractors is essential, and the ability to drive a project with a proactive approach is a definite requirement. H&S audits to be carried out weekly and a good knowledge of CDM is required. Full training will be given.
Contract to perm position
Essentials
Minimum 3 years experience as a site manager.
Current CSCS gold / supervisor or black / manager card minimum.
SMSTS and first aid competencies are all required and must be valid.
Good experience of single ply and liquid plastic systems
Full, clean, uk driving license.
