Compensation: $180,000 – $360,000+ annually

• Train and coach through ride-alongs, spot-checks, and field days
• Set and enforce KPIs, sales goals, and accountability
• Drive aggressive D2D and B2B sales strategies
• Lead by example—close deals while developing your team
• Track team performance, referrals, and customer satisfaction
