YOUR ROLE:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Territory Manager to join our team, covering a diverse and thriving region stretching from Geelong to Albury, including Melbourne’s Western and Northern suburbs. You’ll be stepping into an established territory with a broad mix of accounts—from local operators to large-scale customers—and working closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive growth and deliver value. This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact in a high-potential market.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the territory by building long-lasting relationships, providing exceptional account management, and delivering strategic solutions to our trade customers. Whether you’re working with roof tilers, plumbers, builders, or store teams, you’ll bring people together and influence outcomes. This is a growth-focused role ideal for someone with strong sales experience, commercial acumen, and a hunger for career progression.
DuluxGroup is proudly an equal opportunity employer. Talent is our only criteria. Let us know by emailing Duluxcareers@duluxgroup.com.au if you require any adjustments to the recruitment process so we can support you to present your best self.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and grow a high-performing territory from Geelong to Albury, including metro and regional accounts
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the trade and construction sectors
  • Drive sales performance through strategic planning, customer onboarding, and territory development
  • Deliver effective solutions through clear communication, influencing skills, and complaint resolution
  • Represent the Dulux brand with integrity and professionalism while actively contributing to a safe and supportive team environment
