Job Description We are seeking reliable and passionate Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our dedicated Novotel & ibis Housekeeping Team In this role, you will work within guest rooms, ensuring each room is kept clean, tidy and immaculately presented at all times. We are seeking people who go that extra mile to provide a memorable guest experience. Successful applicants will be required to: Service and clean assigned guest rooms ensuring that rooms are perfectly presented to hotel standard. Report all maintenance and repair requirements and missing items as per procedure. Ensure store rooms and trolleys are kept neat and stocked, and in good working order. Carry out deep cleaning duties as required. Follow the correct procedures for lost property items. Handle all amenities, chemicals and equipment according to WHS standards. Assist with other duties in the housekeeping department as required. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have: Flexibility to work a 7-day roster, including public holidays Excellent attention to detail and time management A positive attitude and ability to work independent and in a team Experience as a house attendant in hotels is preferred Have full working rights in Australia Additional Information Why Join Us?
