As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms to the highest standards. Clean and service guest rooms according to our brand standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms Restock room amenities, supplies, and linens as needed Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department Assist with laundry duties when required Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely room turnover Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of our guests Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new cleaning techniques Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, preferably in a hotel setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times Basic English language skills (additional languages are a plus) Additional Information Your team and working environment: Life is a journey.
