Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our guest rooms and public areas. Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies in rooms and bathrooms Maintain cleanliness and organization of hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisors Assist with laundry duties as needed Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures Qualifications Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience in a hotel or resort setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic English language proficiency Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences High level of reliability and responsibility Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns professionally Additional Information Your Team and Working Environment: Join our warm and welcoming team as a Room Attendant, where attention to detail, pride in presentation, and guest satisfaction are at the core of what we do.
