We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic, experienced Room Attendants to join our diverse Housekeeping team. Ideally you have previous experience in a similar role in a hotel with 200+ rooms. We are currently offering casual positions. As part of the Housekeeping team you will be responsible for offering a quality customer service experience by maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, guest corridors and service areas. The role involves but is not limited to changing bed linen, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and restocking amenities. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team environment. Key responsibilities: Attending to guest enquiries and requests in a timely manner Cleaning guests rooms as required, seeing them shine Carrying out allocated cleaning duties to achieve brand standards throughout the hotel Transferring dirty linen and removing rubbish and recycling Safe handling and use of chemicals Qualifications About you… To be successful in this role, you have a passion for the Hospitality Industry and are committed to delivering high levels of customer service, you will have unlimited work rights in Australia and will be available to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends and Public Holidays as per our business demands. A can-do positive attitude & service with a smile A keen eye for detail whilst having good time management skills Excellent communication skills and comfortable to use a two way radio Excellent personal presentation Flexible in your availability to work on a rotating 7 day roster including weekends & school holiday’s (& overnight when required) Understanding of correct chemical usage & manual handling techniques to ensure safe work practices in this physical role MUST HOLD VALID AUSTRALIAN WORK RIGHTS, we are not offering sponsorship.
