Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Room Attendant to join our team at our luxurious resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms and public areas. Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors Replenish guest amenities, such as toiletries, towels, and minibar items Ensure all rooms meet our exacting standards before guest check-in Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns Report any maintenance issues or lost property to the appropriate department Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping storage areas Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Assist in deep cleaning projects and special requests as needed Qualifications Strong passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to guest satisfaction Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Basic English language skills for communicating with guests and colleagues Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and make beds throughout the day Ability to remain calm and courteous in all situations Time management skills and efficiency in completing tasks Knowledge of cleaning products and procedures (training will be provided) Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is advantageous but not required Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect guests' privacy at all times Additional Information What awaits you...
