We are currently look for a Room Attendant who are hands on and have a keen eye for detail to help us deliver the best Guest Experience! Job Description THE ROLE Clean & service all allocated rooms and public spaces to brand standards Attention to detail, ensuring our guests arrive into a high-level of room cleanliness Carry out programmed / regular cleaning duties as allocated Use and clean equipment with care, reporting any defective equipment as set down in procedures manual - adhere to chemical handling and manual handling procedures Assist with regular equipment stocktaking Turndown service of rooms - replenish amenities for guest areas Work with the other departments in the hotel to help deliver the best and most memorable guest experience Qualifications THE PERSON Approachable, accommodating, and upbeat! You enjoy working in a team environment and helping others and can take ownership Commitment to adhering to health & safety procedures and policies, making sure to foster a safe work environment High attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service A team player who is reliable and committed Ability to work a rotational roster including weekends and overnight Legal working rights to work in New Zealand.
