Job Description As a Room Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, comfortable and memorable experience for every guest. With a strong eye for detail and pride in presentation, you’ll help maintain the high standards that define our resort. This is a hands-on, active role suited to someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a supportive team, and making a real impact on the guest experience each day. As a Heartist, you’ll bring genuine care and warmth to your work, helping guests feel relaxed, valued and at home throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to a high standard Restock amenities and manage linen efficiently Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications We’re looking for reliable, motivated team players who bring a positive attitude and pride in their work.
