Job Description As a Part-Time Room Attendant, you’ll play an essential role in delivering a welcoming and comfortable experience for our guests. With your attention to detail and pride in your work, you help maintain the high standards our guests expect. This is a hands-on, active role, perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and making a real difference every shift. As a Heartist, you’ll bring warmth and care to every interaction, helping guests feel truly valued and at home. Your key responsibilities will include: Cleaning and presenting guest rooms and public areas to a high standard Restocking amenities and managing linen efficiently Reporting maintenance issues and lost property promptly Collaborating with the Housekeeping team to support a seamless guest experience Qualifications We’re looking for reliable team players who: Bring a positive, friendly attitude and a Heartist approach to every guest interaction Are physically fit and enjoy an active, on-your-feet role Can work independently in a fast-paced environment Take pride in their attention to detail Are flexible to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Your work helps create a space where guests can truly relax, feel at home, and experience the genuine care that comes from being part of a Heartist team.
