Job Description As a Room Attendant at DELANO Dubai, you will play a key role in creating a refined and welcoming guest experience by ensuring all guest rooms and corridors are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. You will deliver discreet, efficient, and detail-focused service that reflects the elegance and lifestyle luxury of the DELANO brand. Room Cleanliness & Presentation: Clean, service, and maintain guest rooms to the highest luxury standards, ensuring impeccable presentation at all times Attention to Detail: Ensure all amenities, linens, and in-room touches are perfectly arranged in line with brand expectations Guest Comfort: Respect guest privacy while ensuring rooms are refreshed, comfortable, and fully serviced Mise-en-Place Preparation: Prepare housekeeping trolleys and supplies efficiently to ensure smooth and timely room servicing Hygiene & Standards: Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in line with hotel and HACCP guidelines Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure quick resolution Linen & Laundry Handling: Manage linen, towels, and amenities responsibly, ensuring correct usage and replenishment Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations Service Efficiency: Complete assigned rooms within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards Brand Standards: Uphold DELANO’s luxury housekeeping standards, ensuring consistency across all guest touchpoints Qualifications Luxury Experience: Previous experience as a Room Attendant in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment preferred Attention to Detail: Strong eye for cleanliness, presentation, and overall room aesthetics Guest Focus: Discreet, respectful, and committed to delivering exceptional guest comfort Physical Stamina: Ability to handle a physically demanding role in a fast-paced environment Team Player: Works well within a structured housekeeping team Hygiene Knowledge: Understanding of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and hotel housekeeping protocols Educational Background: A relevant qualification such as a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management (or equivalent experience) is preferred, reflecting a commitment to professional standards Great Personality: At DELANO Dubai, personality and experience are equally valued.
