Job Description Join our team of hospitality professionals at our luxurious hotel in Brisbane, Australia! We're seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused Room Attendant to ensure our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort during their stay. Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation Replace bed linens, make beds, and ensure all room amenities are fully stocked Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures and surfaces Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and common areas Report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the appropriate department Provide outstanding service to guests, addressing their needs and requests promptly and courteously Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely room turnover Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols Maintain organized linen carts and storage areas Qualifications Prior experience as a Room Attendant in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards Physical capability to perform tasks associated with the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning chemicals is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Excellent time management and organizational skills Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Eligibility to work in Australia Additional Information Bring passion and dedication to excellence, and we will recognise your contribution with a variety of benefits, rewards and development opportunities within the global Accor network.
