Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in Doha, Qatar. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms and public areas. Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities Maintain the cleanliness of guest corridors, public areas, and service areas Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests Handle and properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment Collect and remove dirty linens, trash, and recyclables from guest rooms Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient operations Adhere to safety and security procedures at all times Assist with special cleaning projects as needed Maintain guest privacy and protect their personal belongings Qualifications Previous cleaning experience required; hotel cleaning experience highly desirable Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Excellent time management and organizational skills Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills in English Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods Understanding of proper chemical usage and manual handling techniques Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guest satisfaction Basic English language proficiency required Familiarity with Qatar's hospitality industry is a plus Additional Information customer related experience an asset Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team Your team and working environment: In 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the culture Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
