Job Description We are seeking two energetic and passionate Housekeeping Room Attendant's to join our dedicated Housekeeping Team at the Ibis Wellington. In this role you will work within guest rooms, ensuring each room is kept clean, tidy and immaculately presented at all times. We are seeking people who go that extra mile to provide a memorable guest experience. This is a part time role, working on a rotating roster, and up to 5 shifts per week. You must be available weekends and public holidays. What you will be doing: Clean assigned guest rooms and public areas to a high standard Replenish room supplies and amenities as per room type Respect guest privacy and handle belongings with care Report lost property and maintenance issues promptly Follow correct procedures for laundry, equipment use, and chemical safety Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assist with stocktake Ensure key and room security at all times Support the team with other tasks as required by your Supervisor or Management Qualifications Housekeeping or cleaning experience (hotel preferred) Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards Friendly, customer-focused, and committed to great service Proactive and positive in team and guest interactions The ability and flexibility to work across a 7 day roster – Including weekends and public holidays You will have NZ residency or be holding a permanent NZ work visa.
