POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking detail-oriented and service-driven Part-Time Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team. This position is primarily scheduled for afternoon and evening shifts, with a key focus on supporting the implementation of our turndown service. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and restful environment during their stay.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good physical condition; must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.
• Basic English communication skills.

• Perform turndown service and evening housekeeping services.
• Clean guest rooms thoroughly and efficiently according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
• Replace linens and towels, and ensure all items are in good condition.
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items to the supervisor.
• Restock cleaning supplies and room amenities as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness in hallways and public areas as assigned.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Respect guests’ privacy and adhere to “do not disturb” signs.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
