Status: Non-Exempt Reports to: Executive Housekeeper --- JOB SUMMARY The Room Attendant at Caravan Court is responsible for ensuring guest rooms are impeccably clean, comfortable, and welcoming, while reflecting the hotel’s unique style and standards of service and hospitality --- ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS · Operational Responsibilities o Clean guest rooms in process set forth by hotel leadership o Refresh all amenities as needed o Complete projects that are determined by hotel management o Compete room deep clean as determined by hotel management · Guest Services o Anticipate and attend to guest needs during interactions o Be proactive when attending to guests · Team Support and Training o Attend and contribute to department meetings o Participate in cross training o Complete all required trainings · Communication and Reporting o Facilitate all internal communications and follow up accordingly o Run all reports necessary to the operation o Complete full shift pass on reports and checklists o Log all work in appropriate platforms · Safety & Compliance o Adhere to all safety and security guidelines o Familiarize with housekeeping SDS binder QualificationsESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Effective time management and problem-solving skills · Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate attention to detail · Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilities --- Physical Requirements · Sitting: Short periods of time · Standing/Walking: Long periods of standing, minimum of 5 consecutive hours · Lifting/Carrying: Occasionally, maximum of 50 pounds.
