Description

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at Crowne Plaza Fredericton, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort in our guest rooms. Under the direction of the Executive Housekeeper, you will deliver exceptional guest service and maintain IHG’s cleanliness standards to create a welcoming and safe environment for all visitors.

SKILLS, ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–2 years of housekeeping or related experience preferred.
  • Proven customer service skills with a guest-first attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of WHMIS and workplace safety procedures considered an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Promptly and efficiently respond to all guest requests.
  • Clean assigned guest rooms and corridors daily, maintaining established cleanliness standards.
  • Stock housekeeping cart with adequate linens and guest supplies before beginning each shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness of storage areas and ensure all housekeeping equipment is in proper working condition.
  • Adhere to all departmental and hotel policies, including Health & Safety regulations and WHMIS guidelines.
  • Handle, store, and control cleaning products and housekeeping supplies safely and securely.
  • Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to the supervisor promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
